Exam pattern for SBI PO Mains exam is such that the question paper comprises both objective and subjective questions of total 250 marks.
The test paper contains 157 questions, Candidates need to solve all questions within 3.5 hours duration.
There are four sections with individual timing for objective type questions.
English language (Letter writing & Essay) contain 2 questions of 50 marks for 30 minutes.
Candidates need to qualify each section as well as the overall cutoff to be eligible for an interview.
Candidate should be prepared for this in systematic order by covering each and every topic properly. There is no shortcut of completing the syllabus, so its better to solve previous year asked problem. No one has cleared this exam in just preparation of one or half month. If you are from general category then it is most mandatory for you to compete in the exam wisely.

- Data Analysis and Interpretation contribute 35 questions of 60 marks for 45 minutes.
